Mark R. Nivinskus has been practicing as a subrogation attorney for the past 20+ years, and had been in the world of subrogation for the past 30. He started as a file clerk at the subrogation firm of Michael R. Lea & Associates and transitioned into the sole owner of Nivinskus Law Group.

 

 A California native, Mark attended UCLA for college and Western State University, College of Law for law school.  He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and has been an advocate of insurance companies for the entirety of his career, attending hearings, settling cases, and winning trials.

 

When Mark is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing soccer.

Erin R. Peikes majored in Sociology and graduated UCLA with the distinction of Summa Cum Laude. She attended Southwestern Law School, and graduated at the top of her class, with honors. She began her legal career at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, learning how to write various motions, conduct judgment debtor examinations, and the basics of collection law.  She went in-house at Kemper Insurance where she discovered her love of subrogation and created a Subrogation Department, settled a record number of subrogation cases per-quarter, and first chaired a subrogation jury trial that she subsequently won unanimously.

 

Since joining Nivinskus Law Group, Erin attends hearings, mediations, and trials regularly and takes pride in fighting for the best outcome for her clients. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and birds.
